The Main goal for our Administrator is to provide a positive setting for employees and the families involved in our program. You must be an excellent communicator, able to multi-task and be familiar will multiple social media platforms. Supervision of program
Enrolment of children
Staff management including mentoring and supervising.
Working with the Department of Early Childhood Development to uphold licensing regulations.

Basic Functions:
Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet childcare specifications and commitment to quality. Maintains a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen. Demonstrates this by example, using proper food-handling techniques.

Essential Functions:
Follows all recipes and portions servings correctly. Keeps kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized. Sets excellent customer service and work examples. Help to oversee kitchen labor and food costs.

Knowledge
College or culinary training or extensive cooking and production experience. (Preferred but not necessary) Understanding of proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment, including stoves, refrigeration, slicer, knives, and dish machine.

Skills/Aptitudes
Professional communication skills, oral and written. Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment. Organizational skills. Is a team player. Works well under pressure. Reliability is a must! Can effectively solve problems. Able to take direction.

Requirements:
Must be able to provide Code of Conduct, Vulnerability Sectors Check and have First Aid. Class 4 Drivers License would be considered an asset.
