Tracy brings over 20 years of marketing experience, has led award-winning campaigns, and executed national brand strategies. And somehow, she makes nurturing incredible client relationships look easy. What can’t she do? 🤭

Jenny has a knack for knowing exactly what clients need and then finding a way to overdeliver. She’s led multiple social and web projects with magical precision - pretty sure her business degree and decades of experience across industries have something to do with it. 😉

We’re so grateful to have her as part of our crew. Well, that and because she brings the fluffiest member of the team (Betty) along with her. 🥰

Our Senior Developer, Matthew Egginton, just completed four years at Ray. Woot woot! 🥳

Matt is everything you’d hope for in a developer. All the chops, from WordPress and PHP to JavaScript. None of the ego. He’s always there when he says he’ll be, gets the work done on time, and keeps the drama level at a very impressive zero. Add a Welsh accent to top it all off. No notes! 🫶

How has it been nine years already? No idea. What we do know is that they’ve been nine excellent years! Full of killer designs, big ideas, and crazy fun. 😝

Our Senior Designer, Courtney Wells, brings impressive chops, a sharp eye for detail, and even sharper TV show/movie recos. She’s lowkey the dream coworker. Super approachable, always ready to help, and a great mentor who makes agency life smoother (and let’s not forget her unforgettable laugh).

She’s all things purple on the outside and pure gold at heart. 💜💛💜💛

As a non-profit social enterprise, Island Furniture reinvests 100% of profits back into the community, helping people with intellectual disabilities find employment opportunities across the province. Today, we’re celebrating our awesome designer, Ryan Power. ✨

He’s an absolute delight to work with and jumps on every project with passion - and obviously always nails it. A true pro at all things design, from social posts to digital ads, he also gets our campaigns across the finish line with his solid production chops. So yeah, he’s a no-brainer all-star on our team. 🙌
