🔎 Who we’re looking for: an exceptionally kind and energetic human to help keep us organized and support our growing clinic for 37 hours a week. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is comfortable with technology (computers, social media and simple programs) and has effective written/verbal communication skills.

😷 Who we are: a small team of registered dental hygienists who are passionate about providing preventive dental care in an anxiety reduced and welcoming space. Our mission is to inspire our clients to embrace oral health as an integral component of overall health and wellness. We pride ourselves on being innovative, eco-friendly and non-judgemental. Our clinic is located in beautiful Logy Bay, minutes off the Outer Ring Road.

This dynamic position will include such tasks as:

◆ administrative/reception duties (no formal training required)
◆ welcoming clients in our reception area
◆ laughing at our bad jokes
◆ helping us make sure our clients have an amazing experience
◆ minding the gumLINE (our office phone line)
◆ communicating with clients, insurance companies and other dental professionals as necessary
◆ occasionally popping out for office supplies
◆ sterilizing dental instruments (training on site)
◆ admiring our plants
◆ helping us create content and posting regularly on our Instagram/pages
◆ learning our systems, work flow and helping us become more efficient
◆ keeping an eye to the schedule and filling in gaps

The details:
We will trade you $16/hour for 35-38 hours of awesomeness a week. This position is permanent and full-time and our current schedule (which may change) is as follows: Monday 3-8, Tuesday 9-8, Wednesday 10-4, Thursday 9-8 and Friday from 10-4. Start date: first week of August.
