Board Chair:
This position is responsible for chairing Med Simulabs National Council meetings as well as ensuring the National Council team abides by its governing documents. Previous leadership and governance experience will be considered as an asset when applying for this position.

Director of Communications: The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to managing and creating content for Med Simulabs social media accounts, promoting national and local events, and communicating with Local Chapter Leads.

Director(s) of Finance: The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to overseeing and managing the finances of Med Simulabs, communicating with the Local Chapter Finance Director(s), and is responsible for leading the National Council team in grant and funding applications.

Director of Logistics: The responsibilities of this role include managing end to end operations of the Med Simulabs Simulation Library exchange across campuses. They will also communicate internally with Local Chapters to optimize operations by allowing sharing of devices. A background in management, logistics, or engineering is encouraged but not required.

Director(s) of Research and Simulation: The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
1) Developing, organizing and supporting Med Simulabs research studies as well as supporting and serving as a resource for Local Chapters which can include assisting with the development of research protocols and completion of ethics applications.
2) Supporting new local, national, and international partnerships to obtain simulation devices for Med Simulabs initiatives.

Director of Medical Education: The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to serving as a liaison between Canadian Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) programs and Med Simulabs to advocate for the incorporation of simulation opportunities as well as communicate and liaise with local Med Simulabs Chapters.

Director of Partnership: The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to working in collaboration with the Director(s) of Research and Simulation to establish and manage corporate partnerships with simulation companies for Med Simulabs initiatives.

Campus Chairperson: The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to representing your local Med Simulabs Chapter at National Council meetings as well as recruitment and management of the Local Chapter operations.
