MUN Biochemistry

Fatema Elgammal from Dr. Berry's lab is representing MUN today at the Atlantic regional 3-minute thesis. The event is live-streamed and can be accessed through the QR code in the attached poster. Fatema is the 8th presenter so should be on stage around 2:30 NL time.

For those interested Fatema's thesis is looking at possible pharmaceutical alternatives to Ozempic, so it is highly topical.

It would be great if our community could support Fatema by voting for her in the People's Choice Award.

It's time!!!!!!

Robes are out. Certificate-signing quill is fired up.

And the inaugural HuBi class is hopefully ready to strut their stuff. Looking forward to seeing everyone walk the stage, and then at the reception at the Breezeway tomorrow (Wednesday) noon - onwards.

There may even be some new traditions planned whether you are the first HuBi or final Biochemistry or Biochemistry(Nutrition) to mark the switch over.
