“Hi team, I’m Eva, originally from the UK but Squamish has been home now for the last 3 years 🇨🇦 I love it here!
You might recognise me from coaching at the club last summer, after escaping the winter and spending time in Australia I’m happy to be back.
I’ve been in the fitness space for over 5 years now and love to lift and stay active.
When I’m not at F45 you’ll catch me spending as much time a I can outdoors hiking, camping, running, paddle boarding and learning to mountain bike.

Stephanie has officially hit the big 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ and we are here for it!💥
Huge congratulations on hitting this incredible milestone! Since ’s first class on March 24, 2023, she’s shown up with consistency and commitment.
We love seeing how her training here supports her running goals – proof that hard work across the board really pays off 🏃♀️🏔️

- 5am or 9:20am are my favs - Tuesdays or Fridays
What has kept you coming back for 500 classes?
- The music, the amazing coaches - bonus is my best friends go too!
What results have you seen over the course of your F45 journey?
- I went from not knowing what I was doing to having good form and confidence in the exercises
Best thing about F45?
- Accountability and motivation to keep progressing. Love that the coaches know when I need the nudge to add more weight

What activity has training at F45 helped you with?
- Trail running and hiking - mostly to try keep up with my fast & fit friends 🤣

What has kept you coming back for 500 classes?
- The 45 min format makes it easy to stay consistent, even on busy days. But more than that it’s the F45 community - the members and instructors. It’s a place where you feel supported, challenged and motivated every time you walk in the studio doors.
What results have you seen over the course of your F45 journey?
- I’ve definitely noticed an increase in my strength. Not only when it comes to lifting heavier weights but also in my sports and day to day activities.
Favourite Squamish activity?
- There are many but I love walking in the woods with my dogs.
Favourite coffee shop?
- Our Friday after workout ritual!
