Today the Parkland firefighters came out to share fire safety with our students.
Three teachers got to try out the gear. I can tell you it’s not very comfortable or breathable!!

Today we were a part of the memorial race for Bryn Fisher.
The story broke my heart when I first heard it. It hits different as I listened with my little boy today.

My body is still feeling okay… tomorrow may be a different story! I walk every day but it is definitely not the same as running and doing obstacles! 😅
Callen loved the attention, the music and finally the cookie. He crashed in the car the whole drive home and still slept 2 hours at home!

This is such a great opportunity for all athletes! No experience required. Great coaches there to introduce or build on skills. Grades 1-3 and 4-6 sessions still have room!!
