Party In A Box

As many of you know, I own a couple of businesses. I clean many homes and BnBs in the Shuswap as well. I was cleaning for what I thought was a new client, but turns out she was a Party in a Box client. She had purchased a few of my pieces in the past. It was such a nice surprise to see my Shuswap Bear on the kitchen island.

Join Melanie, our talented art teacher, for a fun and creative laser-cut wood project! Participants will paint and assemble a charming laser cut wood Llama Shelf-Sitter designed to stand proudly on its own. Perfect for all ages kids 8+ to adults. No experience required.

All supplies are provided, including pre-cut wooden pieces, paint, brushes, and detailed instructions. You’ll enjoy sanding, gluing, and painting your llama with guidance from Melanie every step of the way. Create a colorful keepsake that adds personality to any shelf or desk!

The class will be held on the same property as the llama Sanctuary. If there's enough interest in a group tour before or after the class I may be able to arrange that. It would be an additional $20 per person. Inquire for more information.

A snack will be provided.

Just a little update now that summer has arrived. As most of you know I have been working very hard the last few years. After the hustle and bustle of Christmas I really wanted to spend some quality time with my family. They deserved that for all the support they have given me since over the last couple years. The kids went back to school this year so it was nice to give them some focus as their school year wrapped up. I'm enjoying spending time with them so I've decided change things up a little this summer. I won't be focusing on markets like I have been in the past. It's extremely long nights preparing and early mornings setting up. The family often helped so it's nice to give them a little break as well. Finding a little more balance. I will most likely be setting up at markets again at Christmas.

That said I'm very excited to say that I will be resuming some classes over the summer. Stayed tuned. I will be posting them shortly.🥰

Happy Mother's Day.

For the 1st time in many many years, I was able to spend Mother's Day with my family. Still, I couldn't stay away from the markets. It was so nice to see friends as well.
