🌞 Welcome 🌞 I have recently moved back to beautiful BC, and it is time to reintroduce myself

🌿 I am Alysha Jean. I have a deep passion for guiding others towards holistic well-being, I combine my expertise in yoga and massage to create transformative experiences for my clients.

🗻 ​Born and raised in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, my connection to nature runs deep. Now nestled in Blind Bay in the beautiful Shuswap, I have found my sanctuary and call it home. When I am not sharing my gift with clients, you can find me in the outdoors with my husband and two rescue dogs.

🧘🏼‍♀️ My journey began with a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Whistler BC, where I immersed myself in the teachings of this mental and physical practice. Inspired by the movement and flow of energy, I discovered the power of yoga as a catalyst for joy and lightness in the body and mind. My yoga sessions are a harmonious blend of strength and grace, inviting my students to find balance and serenity within themselves.

🌼 I’ve always dreamed of becoming an RMT, and my journey began in Australia at TAFE NSW, where I earned a Cert IV in Massage and a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. This program closely mirrors RMT training in BC, though I am not a registered massage therapist in BC and cannot provide extended medical rebates. During my studies, I gained expertise in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions through orthopedic assessments and targeted remedial massage techniques. I finally found the best way to use my nurturing soul.
