Miss Melanie's Munchkins

The munchkins were on a mission today! They wanted to build a "house" using every block in our bin. Here's the final product! Miss Melanie's castle 🥲 is what I was told they built.

Miss Melanie's Munchkins has reached capacity until Fall 2028 and is managing an extensive wait list. New enrollment is not being accepted at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.

PSA - We currently have no phone or internet service! Tech support couldn't resolve the issue remotely so we are waiting for someone to come. It's been down since Wednesday.

It's hard to believe that 8 years ago today the first Munchkins came through my door.
I am so grateful to be doing what I do and for the families who have entrusted their little people to me over these years. I am proud to have a few families who have been with me since close to the very beginning, and who's now not so little Munchkins still come to have a day here and there with Miss Melanie.
The love and support from my own family and the "adopted" ones has ment so much and is appreciated more than words can describe.

Kael decided that because he wasn't here on Monday for Miss Melanie’s Birthday that he should plan a surprise party today! I would say he did very well and Miss Melanie’s was definitely surprise 😁. Thanks Jocelyn Franks for playing along and yes he lead the kids singing Happy Birthday.

Well I figured it was going to be an epic looking costume based on the description and it did not disappoint. Drum roll please...

With Halloween only a few weeks away we have had lots of costume talk amongst the kids. By far my favorite description of what one of the boys is going be is a rainbow spiky 5 dinosaur!?! I have no idea what kind of dino this is but it's probably going to be pretty epic 😂. Stay Tuned
