And last but not least in this week’s graduation highlights is Mason!

Hi-yah! This first picture truly captures the grit and determination he brings to everything he does. When he first started piano, he was also training in karate. As he moved up through the belt ranks, he was also advancing through his Piano Adventures books as well. 🌈

From those early days to now, Mason's hard work, discipline, and dedication have been evident every step of the way.

It has been such a privilege to be part of Mason's journey and witness so many special moments through lessons, recitals, festivals, and exams. Watching him grow into the wonderful pianist and person he is, and seeing him become such an awesome role model as a teacher assistant, has been incredibly rewarding.

Next up in this week's graduating highlights is Fynn! 🧑‍🎓

From the beginning, I knew Fynn was a student who would keep me on my toes. His curiosity, dedication, and willingness to take on new challenges have made it a pleasure to watch him grow into the pianist he is today.

Whether preparing for performances, creating his own music, or working through difficult pieces, he has always approached his lessons with passion and a genuine love of music. 🤍

One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been watching him step into a teaching role himself. Seeing Fynn share his knowledge and passion with his own beginner students has been a true full-circle moment and a reflection of how much he has grown, both as a pianist and as a teacher.

I am grateful to have been part of the musical ride!

It’s graduation season, and while it’s always bittersweet, 🥹 it’s also a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the incredible people I’ve had the privilege of teaching.

Here’s to the first of three pianists graduating this month: Kaison, who has been part of the studio for many years! 🎹

From his early lessons to where he is today, it has been a joy to watch his confidence, skills, and love of music grow. 🎶 Kaison has always brought great energy to lessons and a willingness to challenge himself and do his best.

Whether in lessons, exams, festivals, or community events, he has consistently worked hard and grown as a musician. He should be very proud of how far he has come. 🤍

Thank you for all the music and memories over the years, Kaison. I can’t wait to cheer you on at the recital and celebrate everything you’ve accomplished.

Her dedication to piano has been outstanding. She is wrapping up her Piano Adventures book and putting the finishing touches on her recital piece, which happens to be her favourite song, “Free” from KPop Demon Hunters.

We’re lucky that we’ll get to enjoy her performance in just a few weeks!
