It was a quiet morning here at the school as 4 of our classes went to Witset for Mass. What a wonderful experience it was for them. A big thank you to Fr. Dennis for always being so welcoming. Thank you to Mrs. Creyke for organizing, Mr. and Mrs. Spicer for the music as well as our parent drivers and chaperones. It was a lovely morning in beautiful Witset.

Gr 4-5 and 6-7 were able to attend the Smithers Exploration Group's rock and mineral presentation. We learned a lot about dinosaurs, fossils, rocks, minerals, mining, and navigating using topographical maps. We were also allowed to touch almost everything on display, and we were impressed with the big drill Hy-Tech had in the parking lot. Thanks, SEG, for giving us the opportunity.
