The way we communicate online matters.

Every day, we send emails, text messages, fill out online forms and use social media. But sometimes it can be hard to know what to say, how to say it, or what information is safe to share.

Our Digital Citizenship: Professionalism & Communication course can help.

In this course, you’ll learn simple, useful skills like:

✅ How to write an email that is clear and respectful
✅ What is okay — and not okay — to share online
✅ How your social media activity can affect how others see you
✅ How to communicate professionally for work, school and everyday life

These are skills many employers, schools and organizations expect, but they aren’t always taught.

If you want to feel more confident sending emails, communicating online or understanding how to protect your digital reputation, this is a great place to start.

👉 Small skills can make a big difference in how confidently you communicate online.

🤖 AI is already part of your day... even when you don’t realize it.

When Netflix recommends your next show, that’s AI learning from what you watch.

When your phone filters spam emails or suspicious text messages, AI is helping decide what might be unwanted or unsafe.

And when Google Maps suggests a faster route because traffic is building up, AI is working behind the scenes there too.

Artificial intelligence can sound like something futuristic or highly technical, but the truth is we already interact with it every day.

Our Introduction to Artificial Intelligence course is a great place to start if you’ve ever wondered:

💡 What exactly is AI?
💡 How does it learn and make decisions?
💡 Where are we already using it?
💡 What should we know about using AI responsibly?

You don’t need to be a computer expert. This course is designed to make AI easier to understand in plain language and help you become more confident with technology that is quickly becoming part of everyday life.

👉 Curious about AI? Start with the basics and see how much of it you may already be using.

💻 Sometimes the hardest part of learning digital skills is simply knowing what people are talking about.

What’s a taskbar? What does “browser” mean? What’s the difference between software and the internet?

Our new Digital Vocabulary course helps make those everyday computer terms easier to understand. Once you know the vocabulary, it becomes much easier to follow instructions, ask questions and feel more comfortable using technology.

And the best part? You can learn online, at your own pace and in private. No pressure. No need to feel embarrassed about asking what something means. You can take your time, review things again and build your confidence as you go.

Knowing the words is often the first step toward understanding the technology. 👍

📊 Sometimes a picture really can explain something better than a page of text.

Our new Introduction to Visual Literacy & Graphics course looks at how charts, graphs, diagrams, timelines and other visual tools can help make information easier to understand.

Instead of reading through a lot of text, visual graphics can often help us quickly see the main idea, compare information, spot patterns and understand what the information is trying to tell us.

This can be especially helpful for people who prefer visual learning or who find it easier to understand information when they can see it laid out clearly.

In this course, learners will explore how to:
• read and understand charts, graphs and diagrams
• compare information using visuals
• make sense of timelines, tables and other graphics
• use simple visual tools to organize information and support learning

It’s a practical skill that can help with school, work and everyday life. It's another great way to build confidence as a learner.

• recognize common scams and phishing attempts
• spot suspicious emails, links and messages
• better protect your passwords and personal information
