Dear Friend -
Sometimes the hardest seasons of life arrive in ways we never expected… loss, disappointment, disruption.
This is not what we would have chosen.
But what if God is still present in that moment?
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.” — Psalm 34:18
He has not stepped off the throne. He has not lost sight of you.
Even in what feels painful or confusing, He may be drawing you closer to Himself.
Lean in… not away.

Dear Friend -
There are dreams that will terrify you if you pursue them… and torment you if you ignore them.
We know this from nearly half a century of leading Break Forth Ministries.
Somewhere along the way, many of us traded a God-given calling for a life we can control. It feels safer, but it costs us something deeper.
What if the restlessness you feel isn’t a problem… but an invitation?
“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him and He will act.” — Psalm 37:5
At some point, faith requires risk.
Not reckless risk, but surrendered obedience.
What step have you been avoiding?
Maybe it’s time.

Dear Friends -
Big dreams usually begin with one small, courageous step.
You may not know the whole plan. You may not feel ready. But perhaps you already know the next thing God is asking you to do.
Make the call. Write the page. Take the course. Encourage the person. Begin the conversation. Serve someone in need.
“Do not despise these small beginnings.” — Zechariah 4:10
Ask God today: “What is one faithful step I can take?”
Then take it.

Dear Friends -
Here's a word for today.
It is possible to spend years living a life that feels responsible, respectable, and safe—yet still avoid the life God is calling us to live.
Many of us have chosen what we can control instead of trusting God with something larger.
Jesus did not call us merely to manage our lives. He called us to follow Him.
“Whoever wants to be My disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow Me.” — Matthew 16:24
Are we living by faith, or simply staying where we feel secure?

Dear Friends -
Here's something we've learned over the years.
Sometimes a dream has not died. It has simply been buried beneath disappointment, failure, or the voices of people who made you feel small.
God is not finished with you.
“No matter how many times you have failed, that does not make you a failure.”
The Lord can use even the rubble of your past to build something beautiful.
“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.” — Philippians 1:6
Be gentle with yourself today. What feels buried may still be waiting for God’s breath.

Hey Friends - Here's Something We've Learned (the hard way) -
Before sending that email, making that purchase, accepting that opportunity, or speaking in frustration, pause.
Ask:
“Jesus, is this wise?”
“Is this the right time?”
“Is there something I am not seeing?”
Then wait quietly. Compare every impression with Scripture, seek wise counsel, and look for confirmation.
“The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice.” — Proverbs 12:15
A few quiet minutes with God can save us from days of regret.
Prayer is not only where we speak. It is where we slow down enough to be led.

We Get It -
Sometimes, we hesitate to ask God what He truly wants because we're worried He might not agree with our desires. It often feels easier to create our own plans and then request His blessing on them.
However, that's not the essence of following Jesus.
Remember Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
God isn't meant to be a consultant to enhance our agenda.
True surrender means saying, “Lord, You may respond with yes, no, wait, or choose a different direction.” So, let’s reflect: Are we genuinely searching for God’s will, or are we merely seeking His approval for our own?

Hey there! 😊 I totally get it—there are those days when you pray and it feels like the heavens are on mute. But guess what? That silence doesn’t mean you're all alone! Your bond with God isn’t based on how loud His voice is in your life today; it’s anchored in Jesus Christ. You are His, and that’s a beautiful promise! 🌟

Remember this: “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” — John 10:27. When life gets overwhelming, take a moment to quiet your heart and breathe. Let go of the pressure and lean in closer to Him.

The first thing He might want you to grasp isn’t a “to-do” list, but a simple yet profound truth: You are loved. You are NEVER alone. Your Shepherd is right there beside you, ready to guide you through every moment. 💖✨ Let His love wrap around you and remind you of your worth!

If you’re carrying the quiet ache of a child who has walked away from God, you’re not alone.
Arlen had wandering years—years that could have broken a mother’s heart. But she chose faith over fear. Every day, she prayed. She never gave up. And in time, God brought him back.
Hold on to this promise:
“I will bring them back from the land of the enemy… there is hope for your future… your children will return to their own land.” — Jeremiah 31:16–17
God sees. God hears. God pursues.
Don’t quit praying. Your child’s story isn’t finished yet.
