At first light, the work begins. Gear up, check-in and step onto the training ground where every drill sharpens skill, builds trust, and prepares you for the moments that matter most.
This is where commitment meets action and where future firefighters earn their place.

What an incredible journey it has been!
As this amazing group of EMR students completes the final days of their program, we want to recognize their hard work, dedication, resilience, and commitment to serving their communities. It has truly been an honour for ESA to be part of their journey toward becoming birth workers.
We are especially grateful to collaborate with the Kihew Awâsis Wakamik Cultural Society. A community organization of Indigenous birth workers, midwives, knowledge keepers, aunties, and grandmothers. Thank you for your trust, partnership, and shared vision throughout this program.
We are so proud of each and every student and look forward to seeing all the incredible things ahead for them.

Real readiness is built through experience, not just theory. Hands-on training isn’t an extra, it’s the foundation.
When lives are on the line, practice makes professionals.
