rded Kindergarten teacher in the province and the two keep in close contact. Our teaching assistant has been on our team for eight years and has her Level 1. We are an inclusive centre who in the past has welcomed team members from Community Options, Over the Rainbow, GRIT, Grant MacEwan Early Learning and a work experience student from L.Y Cairns. We believe that children learn the best in rich and real learning environments and as such ensure they are involved in their community. Meghan was presented with a Certificate of Achievement (finalist) in the Alberta Early Learning and Child Care Professional Awards of Excellence in 2013. In 2020, she was one of five Canadians awarded with a Certificiate of Excellence for the Prime Minister's Award in Teaching Excellence in Early Childhood.
