🌟 Celebrating an Outstanding Student Leader! 🌟
Congratulations to Nolan Beaulieu on being recognized with the Alberta School Boards Association Honouring Spirit: Indigenous Student Award!
Nolan was nominated by Mrs. Bishop for his perseverance, leadership, strong connection to his community and traditions, and his ability to inspire those around him. He consistently demonstrates kindness, respect, and a commitment to helping make our school community a welcoming place for everyone.
We are incredibly proud of Nolan and the positive example he sets for his peers each day. His dedication to honouring his culture, supporting others, and striving for excellence truly reflects the spirit of this prestigious award.

🎭🤡 Lights, camera, creativity!
Our Performing Arts students recently enjoyed a clown make-up workshop, where they learned how make-up can be used to bring characters to life on stage. Through this hands-on experience, students explored the art of theatrical make-up, experimented with creative designs, and discovered how performers use visual expression to enhance storytelling.
The workshop provided a fun and engaging opportunity for students to develop their artistic skills, build confidence, and deepen their understanding of the many elements that contribute to a successful performance.
We love seeing our students embrace new learning experiences and showcase their creativity in the Performing Arts program!

💙 Grade 6 Business Fair Profits Make a Difference! 💙
Our St. Theresa school community is thrilled to celebrate the incredible impact of this year’s Grade 6 Business Fair!
Through their creativity, hard work, and entrepreneurial spirit, our students transformed business ideas into an opportunity to serve others. On May 27, we were honoured to welcome Chris and Ella from Alberta Dreams and present them with a cheque for $8,301.92. Alberta Dreams helps fulfill dreams for Alberta children living with severe chronic or life-threatening medical illnesses, bringing hope, joy, and unforgettable memories to children and their families.
In addition to supporting Alberta Dreams, our students also used their profits to adopt eight animals at the Edmonton Valley Zoo, extending their generosity to support wildlife conservation and animal care.
The Grade 6 Business Fair provided students with authentic learning opportunities as they developed important entrepreneurial skills, including planning, budgeting, marketing, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service. More importantly, they put their faith into action by demonstrating compassion, generosity, and a commitment to serving others.
We are incredibly proud of our Grade 6 students and grateful to our staff, families, and community members whose support made this success possible. Together, we have shown that when young people combine hard work with a desire to make a difference, amazing things can happen!
