Vocabulary is an essential element to learning no matter what the subject.Making it fun and meaningful is the key🤩

As part of my fall Elevate sessions we will look over some fun and creative ways to learn vocabulary!

✅With acrostics, the first letter from each word in a list forms a keyword, name, or sentence.

✅Students pick a word or sentence that best helps them remember the key term.

✅Learning becomes individualized and helps with memorization.

🔑Vocabulary is one of the keys to success in school. As part of my fall Elevate sessions we will take some time to look over fun and creative ways to learn vocabulary across the cores!!

🔑Concept building helps students create the vocab by defining it using nouns, verbs and adjectives that they pick thus allowing students to attach ownership to their learning.
