Voila ce qui introduit le sujet de l'anxiété existentielle. Nous pouvons comprendre l'anxiété existentielle comme le sentiment d'agitation qui provient de notre besoin profond de trouver un sens à la vie. Nous nous distrayons souvent de cette réalité, mais ce faisant, nous risquons de passer à côté d'une vie authentique.Si nous apprenons à y faire face avec courage, la vie s'ouvre à des possibilités infinies. 🌱Et oui, même les enfants peuvent commencer à explorer ces idées profondes—lorsqu'ils sont guidés avec soin, ils peuvent eux aussi s'engager avec les grandes questions de la vie. This introduces the topic of existential awareness. We can understand existential awareness as the feeling of restlessness that comes from our deep need to find meaning in life. We often distract ourselves from this reality, but in doing so, we risk missing out on living authentically. MEET OUR TEAM Hello, I'm Lia and I am a fourth-year undergraduate student in the applied psychology program at Bishops University. As a research assistant at the Kaleidoscope Lab, I had the opportunity to work on multiple projects such as the eco-anxiety and giftedness projects. Currently, I'm working on the art-based intervention project for Phelps Helps. I'm looking forward to helping with future projects and growing as a student and a researcher.
