🎬 Calling all WSB students — your ideas deserve a stage!!

The Pitch Competition is officially open as part of the Expo entrepreneuriale, organized by Sherbrooke Innovante and presented by Desjardins — and the Williams School of Business community is invited to step forward.

With two $2,500 scholarships to be won (offered by Desjardins and ACET 💰), this is a unique opportunity to turn what you’ve been learning in the classroom into something real, visible, and impactful.

How to participate:
✅ Register for free through the ticketing platform
✅ Choose your category: Products & Services or Technology & Life Sciences
✅ Submit a 5-minute video pitch by April 14, 2026

Finalists will take the stage at the closing 5 à 7 of the Expo’s first day at the QG de l’entrepreneuriat Promutuel Assurance — an incredible chance to represent WSB, gain exposure, and connect with leaders in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem.

BMG214: Introduction to Entrepreneurship: New Venture Creation students wrapped up the semester with final venture presentations focused on creativity, feasibility, and entrepreneurial potential. Instead of the numbers, the emphasis was on idea generation, operationalization, and engaging the judges.

Congratulations to the winning team: Ameur Aziz Barka, Anthony Beaudoin, Cedrick Lussier, Emmanuel Prince, Jonathan Barnes, and Timoté Nehma-Lacasse!👏

Les personnes étudiantes du cours BMG214 ont conclu la session avec leurs présentations finales de projets entrepreneuriaux, mettant l’accent sur la créativité, la faisabilité et le potentiel entrepreneurial. L’objectif n’était pas les chiffres, mais la capacité à proposer une idée, à démontrer son opérationnalisation et à susciter l’intérêt du jury.
