Do you feel there is an issue with the way we speak to older people? What if there was a way to improve older people’s memory?

Written by Merril Swain and Marina Engleking, this production is a collaboration between Bishop's University's Psychology, Drama, and Knowledge Mobilization programs. The play is based on Dr. Swain's research into the practice of languaging, using conversation to promote memory and language recovery for senior adults with mild cognitive impairment. Experience professional theatre and learn how to improve older people’s communication skills.

Both performances are free, approximately forty minutes long, and will include a brief Q&A. Seating is limited. Reserve at https://lepointdevente.com/?q=Talking%20&locality=2238&radius=100
