Mazinibii'igewikwe (artist, she/her)
Originally from Manitoulin Island now residing in New Brunswick.
I have been creating art for as long as I can remember; from a young age I was always drawing whatever popped up in my head. Through the years my art has progressed to encompass not only drawings but paintings and fiber art as well. I use a wide variety of mediums such as graphite, wool, coloured pencil, clay, natural objects, watercolour, and acrylic paints.

Lots of wet felted pieces now available at Keepsake Crafts. After recovering from gallbladder surgery, I was finally able to finish up the last of my wet felted backgrounds I made earlier this spring. A variety of sizes and prices to choose from and most are embellished with local shells, driftwood, and seaglass!

A big thank you to Helen Siksek for having me in the show and for the great pic of me with my piece!

My little old man supervisor hard at work while I rolled out a third batch of wet felted backgrounds.
Shoulders were just about ready to fall off after this lot but I'm happy to have a stockpile to work with again!
