ZUMBA GOLD starts June 30th in Shelburne! 🎶

Zumba Gold is a modified, lower impact version of a regular Zumba class designed for the active older adult, but perfect for beginners looking to join a fitness class.

A minimum amount of participants are required but there will also be limited spots!

I'm back and looking to see who may be interested in a late morning Zumba class??! It would be Zumba Gold which is lower impact and geared towards those 55+, but anyone would be welcome and it would be an excellent introduction to those who have never taken a class before. Let me know! 🎶☺️💃🕺
