It’s Peak Week for .ifbbpro so I wanted to post a comparison of the start of her prep at 18 Weeks Out vs Today
The difference is wild, perfectly balanced, even gained some size and on track to bring the best shape of her career on stage💯
Also threw in a comparison from Tampa Pro 2025 (which was her best look at the time) and she already blew that physique out of the water. We’re looking at around 5lbs of added stage weight this year which is absolutely phenomenal!
Posing has improved, presentation will be on point and we’re really hopeful this will be reflected in her placing👌🏼
A lot of work and attention to detail went into perfecting every little thing we could and I’m very proud of that😌
Almost show time, let’s have fun and enjoy this process because we live for this😎

Off season day 1 (Sept19 2025, 131.2lbs) vs 7.5 WO of the .stewart_productions (Today, 130.0lbs) & 10.5 WO from
The goal for .ifbbpro was to add size to her quads and glutes, I’d say mission accomplished ✅
It was a short off season but we made every week count and the results speak for themselves. I put together her training program to ensure we brought up what was needed and put her in a position to bring an even more balanced physique to the stage this year and we will do just that💯
7.5 weeks to go before show #1 and we’re in an excellent spot condition wise, calories are still relatively high (1700s), cardio only at 30mins, PEDs on the low end, and we’re seeing changes on a weekly basis which is perfect since we plan on hopping in multiple shows this year. Long season ahead means we need to be strategic and not burn out for the first couple shows👌🏼
Smooth prep so far, let’s get freaky😈

One month in, this is bikini🤝🏼💯
Waist measurement is the same, added 1/2 inch on her glutes already and nearly 3/4 on her legs overall.
Food has increased a lot since day 1, eating 1800 calories at 107lbs is wild🤯
She has the work ethic of a high level competitor, juggling between long hours at her job and having a 2 year old, nothing stands in the way of her goals😤 You either have excuses or results, and Chloe doesn’t have the word “excuse” in her vocabulary 😎
First stop, ☝🏼and with the help of .by.tiffany I already know her stage presence will be undeniable, team work makes the dream work🙌🏼

Congratulations to my lifestyle client for completing the Transformation Challenge and for stepping out of his comfort zone and walk on stage to show off his hard work💪🏼
15lbs down for this challenge but it doesn’t stop here and his journey also started way before we started working together!
This goal is checked off ✅ Now onto the next🫡

came in for a chest & triceps workout today! Seb has plans of competing in Classic Physique in the future and with time & consistency we’ll make it happen🫡 His structure is made for bodybuilding, wide clavicles and really good muscle insertions! He’s already made a lot of progress since we started working together in February of this year💪🏼 Keep working hard brother, your future is bright💯

15 semaines de progrès pour qui entre dans les dernières étapes de sa préparation de compétition!! Olivier a beaucoup appris sur lui-même et sur ce qu'il faut pour être un bodybuilder au cours de ce processus et il continue d'apprendre tous les jours. Il écoute (parfois un peu trop 😂😜) et applique ce qu'on attend de lui pour obtenir les résultats que nous souhaitons obtenir.
Encore 4 semaines pour terminer le travail et nous sommes sur la bonne voie pour montrer un beau physique pour sa toute première compétition 🙌🏼

Here are the details for the May 5th 8 week Transformation Challenge.
Saturday May 4th, morning at 9 AM at MSP gym, we will commence the in person fasted check-ins.
Measurements, Weight and Pictures will be taken.

You will receive your:
Meal plan
Workout plan
Cardio protocol
Supplement protocol

Will also get a chance to ask the Coaches questions you may have.
You will also be added to a messenger group where you can message the Coaches or Members at any time.

My take on leg training⤵️
I believe that most people who are trying to grow their legs over do it by attempting to up their numbers in the gym too quickly instead of taking the time to develop a solid mind to muscle connection and then earning the ability to get more out of your training with "less". How many times have you seen someone max out an adductor machine and rep it out but their adductors are sub developped. Same thing applies to a leg press usually, we've all seen that one person steal all the 45s plates in the gym only to load them on the leg press and do ¼ reps and call it a day. Lower your weights, slow down your movement patterns and reach that burning feeling and fight through that instead of hitting "PRs" on the leg press🙃. Once you learn how to fully engage the targeted muscle you'll see your strength naturally improve and then you'll know it's time to add more weight to your set but make sure you don't lose that connection with the added resistance, put your focus on remaining in control of the movement and not just going from point A to point B.
