We must never assume a work is “too easy” for a child. Sometimes it’s a safe space or a comfort.
Sometimes it brings back happy memories as they get it ready to pass it on. And that is as good a reason as any to just let them enjoy it.

Montessori materials can be quite pricey but there is plenty of Montessori lessons that can be done in a budget. As part of my goal to spread Montessori education and resources I will be sharing low budget or no spend Montessori activities. Although I also enjoy purchasing high quality Montessori materials and support small educational shops I also want to support families out there who have a limited budget but desire to implement Montessori education at home 🧡 Matching is a quintessential Montessori lesson, it develops children visual discrimination skills. You can set up different invitations to match objects, shapes, colors with items already available in your household to enhance their cognitive development. We are fast approaching the end of October and looking forward to our Halloween party. We will be posting our party schedule soon.
There will be no afterschool care Monday October 31st, all children will be dismissed at 3pm.
