Queen Elizabeth High School Staff 2026-2027.

Tomorrow is the big day! The first day of school. All students at all levels are returning tomorrow.

What can students expect on their first day?

-A school assembly introducing the school staff and the principal's welcome speech.

- Distribution of schedules and locks with time for students to organize their lockers.

- Queen Elizabeth High School runs on a 9 day cycle and Thursday, August 27th will be Day 1.

August 24th , August 25th, and August 26th are pedagogical days for all school staff.

During these three days, staff will prepare classrooms, create lesson plans, engage in training, choose representatives for all school committees and hold their first staff meeting with the school administration.

Dear QEHS families,

With the retirement of Ms. Sandra in June, QEHS was looking for a new school secretary.

Please join me in welcoming Seneca LeBlanc, who has joined QEHS as our new secretary and began in the office today. She will be a warm and helpful point of contact for staff and families as we start the year.

Welcome back, QEHS families!

We hope the summer has been a good one. Before the students arrive, staff will be back in the building getting classrooms and schedules ready, and it is always good to see the school come back to life.

All students return on Thursday, August 27th. The day runs from 8:40 to 3:20, and both Thursday and Friday of the first week are normal, full days. Doors open at 7:45 for students walking to school, the same as last year.


The school office reopens on Monday, August 17th. Parents and Caregivers, if there is anything you are wondering about before the first day, please give us a call and we will be glad to help.


We are looking forward to seeing everyone on the 27th!

Beginning July 7th, students in Secondary 4 and 5 will be able to access their marks using the link below. But don't worry if you are on vacation, without internet, your results will also be mailed by July 10th.

The OAR allows you to:

-view your academic record held by the Ministère de l’Éducation

-submit a request for a review of the result of a ministerial examination in general education in the youth sector, provided your circumstances meet the eligibility criteria.

Online Academic Record The Online Academic Record (OAR) contains all the information held by the Ministère de l’Éducation regarding your academic results.

As the 2026-2027 school year comes to a close, we wish our students and their families a healthy and restful summer.

Please Note: While cleaning lockers, staff discovered a lot of materials that do belong to certain students. Those belongings have been placed in boxes and are on the 2nd floor with the names of the student. The school office is still open on Thursday and Friday if there are parents or students who wish to pick up materials.

All relevant information pertaining to the 2026-2027 school year will be sent via email to parents in the next few weeks.
