All Tides Consulting & Design Crown Land tenure and marine permit application agent services. www.alltidesconsulting.com I am originally from Gibsons and moved to Rossland B.C.

Over the years I have obtained an array of skills and experience in the marine and freshwater construction industry. Combining my skills as a draftsman, moorage facility designer, commercial scuba diver, and permitting manager, I have developed all of the necessary abilities and contacts to facilitate the Crown land tenure application process. Having a background in commercial scuba diving has allowed me the opportunity to work alongside registered biologists. From this I have gained insight into environmental mitigation measures and moorage system installation techniques essential in designing moorage systems that fall within Federal, Provincial, Municipal, and First Nation requirements. I have been contracted by Small Craft Harbours as a Marine Harbour Inspector and as a Marine Construction Quality Assurance Inspector. I have also acted as an Engineers’ Representative for Department of Fisheries and Oceans. to attend college after graduating high school. I now live in Sechelt with my wife and three children. I have been a member of the Sechelt Volunteer Fire Department for seven years, and I enjoy fishing, camping, baseball, biking, and golf.

Fact of the matter is that everyone has the rights to the foreshore. The foreshore/intertidal zone is considered aquatic Crown Land which owners of waterfront properties are prohibited from blocking public access. As long as you're below the high tide line you are on land accessible to all of us.
