I’ve been deeply called to hold the container while I’m still limping through my dance and very much “in it” on my healing journey. Walking the walk even when it’s a shuffle.

Very grateful to have local legend DJ back to provide an amazing soundscape for us to collapse timelines, realign, and soak in the magical mystery of it all together.

We are over halfway through our fall series but I still have folks asking if Sunday yoga has started back up again 😝

So here’s your opportunity ✨

5 weeks of practice together to lead us up to what is often the most chaotic and busy time of year. Expect 30 mins of going/flowing and 30 mins of slowing down. Way down.

The balance of yin and yang in our lives and bodies takes practice. Showing up is sometimes the hardest part.

I teach close to home because I also have two young kids and know there are so many like me who find it next to impossible to get in to the city for a class.

Come as you are - bring a mat, block, and any other props you like.

When I say all levels I mean it - chair options available and encouraged!

One of my most treasured friends asked me to sing as she walked down the aisle to her sweet love, and though I actually cannot remember the last time I sang in front of anyone.. Without hesitation, I said yes.

I want to talk about this experience of being with other Black surfers but no words are adequately written so here are the facts.

We are historically underrepresented in the outdoors and especially in the water and the cold.

Here in Turtle Island we have ocean surfers, river surfers and lake surfers. The space between us is vast and though our experiences are similar they are also quite unique and highlight the need to tell our stories and explorations of these waters together.

Ancestral spirits push us forward toward a new narrative where diverse lineups are the norm and not a rare occasion.

Our families and lineages have so much depth and history to be understood and honoured.
Ocean connected through generations - and here we are 🌞🌊👊🏽
