🦈 Come learn with the Sharks at St. Mary’s French Immersion Catholic School

Children and their caregivers are invited to watch Under the Sea, an IMAX movie, at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 13th, 2026. Encounter some of the most stunning creatures of the sea face-to-face, explore the wonder of the oceans, and go on a fascinating journey to discover the mysteries of the ocean floor. This is a free, drop-in event, with no registration required. Popcorn will be served! Movie length is approximately 40 minutes. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board

Program Update: New Date! Kids and their caregivers are invited to join us for a special Storytime with Thrive Tours on Thursday, July 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library (50 East St.). Special guests Brad & Amanda, owners and operators of local Indigenous owned eco-cultural tour company Thrive Tours, will share stories and songs focusing on Indigenous teachings and traditions. This is a free, drop-in program with no registration required.

🎓 Our graduates are doing amazing things!

Congratulations to Theo, a recent St. Mary’s French Immersion graduate, who will be making his debut at RotaryFest Friday July 17tj at 4pm on Stage 3 as DJ SOLARIS!

We’re proud to see our students pursuing their passions and sharing their talents with our community. Wishing him an incredible performance and continued success on his musical journey.
