It’s Maple Season! Join us on March 12th, 2021 at 1:00pm EST with Mohawk sister Brook Rice for teachings on maple harvesting. You will enter a journey into the land as she demonstrates the type of tree, when a good time is to harvest, and the medicinal benefits of maple water and how to turn it into maple syrup. March 8th is International Women's Day. Almost the entire Indigenous Studies department at Sault College is staffed by an incredible group of women!

Today we'd like to call extra attention to all of our fantastic staff in Indigenous Studies! These women are truly the life of this department and keep it running for all of our Indigenous students at the college.
