Bannock is an adored Indigenous food that has become part of many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit food traditions. While bannock was influenced by European ingredients and recipes, Indigenous peoples adapted it with the ingredients available, making it a meaningful part of our own food traditions.

This event is open to our Sault College community.

Sault College is seeking local Indigenous artists to be considered for upcoming creative projects on campus and in the community.

-Photography & Digital Art

This is an opportunity to share your talents, showcase your work, and help create spaces that celebrate Indigenous cultures, stories, languages, and community connections.

We welcome local Indigenous artists at all stages of their careers and encourage submissions from members of both Batchewana First Nation and Garden River First Nation.

Sharing.... On Wednesday September 23rd 2026 at 12pm you are invited to walk with Grassy Narrows youth and community members to show support on their path to achieve mercury justice and freedom!

Grassy Narrows people are powerful leaders in the movement for Indigenous sovereignty and environmental justice. They have shown that together we can fight for justice against all odds and make real gains. But so much is still needed to right the wrong of mercury poisoning in Grassy Narrows.

This walk takes place in Toronto, Ontario.
