✨Everyone talks about the light at the end of the tunnel.
No one talks about the darkness inside it,
or the hallway you have to walk through before anything opens.

The hallway where you’re exhausted, scared, and still expected to keep going.
Where emotions pile up with nowhere to put them.
Where you wonder how long you’re supposed to survive like this.

If this is where you are - stuck in the dark, trapped in the in-between -
I see you. I see the effort it takes just to exist here.

So just pause, just breathe and just exist!!

Some seasons are magic.
Some are murky.
Both count and both need to be lived! 🙏

✨Echoes from the Universe✨

For years, I’ve woken up with a tune or a fragment of lyrics echoing in my head, most often a Bollywood song, sometimes something unfamiliar yet persistent. I’ve come to call these downloads.

Over time, I realized they aren’t random thoughts but whispers from the Universe, messages about the energy around me, sometimes my own, sometimes from the collective. When I follow the thread and listen closely, there’s always a message waiting. And the more I listen, the more signs appear, affirming the guidance.

A few weeks ago, I woke up with “Ae Giri Nandini” playing in my mind. I didn’t know the meaning, only the powerful rhythm of the chant. For those who don’t know, “Ae Giri Nandini,” also known as the Mahishasura Mardini Stotram, is a Sanskrit hymn composed by Adi Shankaracharya. It’s an ode to Goddess Durga, the fierce and compassionate mother who destroys fear, doubt, and ego. Interestingly, those were the very emotions I had been quietly wrestling with. It felt as though the Universe had handed me exactly what I needed, in the form I could receive it.

That’s the beauty of divine communication, the Universe speaks to each of us in the language we understand best. It uses the symbols, songs, and experiences that resonate most deeply with our hearts. Isn’t that the mark of a true teacher?

Even when the signs feel subtle or unclear, trust that something greater is always guiding you, working with you, through you, and for you.

Last week, I witnessed a moment that left me thinking. During a dramatic play, a preschool girl started crying after a conflict. Her friend quietly hugged her in a warm embrace, while the other child involved went to the teacher saying he had already apologized. The teacher, doing what she felt was right—what she had likely learned in her own environment—asked the girl, ‘Why are you still crying if you accepted the apology?’

In that moment, the child was still in the middle of releasing her emotions. Logic couldn’t replace the need to feel. When tears are rushed or suppressed, children slowly learn to silence their feelings, and these unexpressed emotions can stay within, later surfacing as inner child wounds.

Yet what her little friend offered instinctively, gentle, wordless presence, was the purest form of healing. Children are more heart-centered and often act as natural healers. They show us that comfort doesn’t always come from words, but from presence, compassion, and allowing feelings to flow.

As adults, our role is not to hurry children out of emotions, but to hold space for them to move through them fully. That’s how safety, resilience, and wholeness are built.

Today marks a milestone in my journey, a moment where intention meets creation. I feel humbled and deeply grateful to share my first book: Chakra Approach to SEL, a heartfelt guide that bridges ancient wisdom with modern social-emotional learning.

The more we allow ourselves to feel, the closer we move through the concentric circles of our being—each truth acknowledged dissolving a layer, each circle drawing us nearer to the core essence of who we are. With every step inward, our vibration rises, aligning us with our higher self. In this alignment, life unfolds effortlessly—there is no need to strive, to do, only to be: joyful, childlike, and free.

Even in the darkest tunnel, the light within you never fades. When you let it shine, it not only guides your path but also illuminates the world around you. And if it feels too bright for others, let them wear their glares—your light was never meant to be dimmed.

The spark inside may hide for sometime, but it never dies. It ignites again into flame and then into raging fire of divine grace to burn all lies, all illusion; and from those ashes rises the phoenix. And when does it happen, you wonder-when it’s time, He says!

Old ways keep you looping in the same cycle of pain and suffering—often beyond what your soul can carry.

There comes a time when you choose differently and start creating space for something new—not because you want to, but because you are made to… and so you need to.
You need to let your heart heal.
You need to let your soul breathe.
And nobody should make you feel guilty about it.

Awakening and ascension are like God forging His army of light. When the training is complete, each warrior is placed in their sacred post, ready to fulfill a divine mission. Two comrades may not march side by side, yet the wisdom gained and the memories shared remain etched in their hearts. They carry with them a tender love and a golden nostalgia for the days of preparation, but the path ahead may be one of sovereign courage.

With or without their companions, the battle to pierce through illusion must be waged in their own unique ways. And though they may journey apart, their souls cheer for one another across the vastness—no clinging, no leaning, only the fearless, unwavering voyage of the soul rising toward its highest truth. And if destiny so desires, their paths may cross once more in divine time.
