Christina's Art School Est.1995 Fine Art School -owner Artist/Certified Teacher, Christina Thoen - studios in Saskatoon & PA No experience necessary - for ages 8 and up.

Mediums taught are everything with the exception of oil painting because of the ventilation requirements. Full year Program includes Year End Field Trip and Art Show. Adult Classes and Children's Classes Available. Weekend Workshops in all mediums! Find out why students have come from close to a 4 hour drive to come to the weekly classes!!! We have MANY students whom have completed their 10th year

(the year they get their classes for 1/2 price!). There are two locations: Prince Albert (625 Branion Drive) & there’s a new Saskatoon location at 213 19th Street West in Riversdale at The Banks close to River Landing. Does anyone have any great contacts where this piece could be shown publicly in a place in Prince Albert where it can be enjoyed for many years to come?!

So sad to hear about David Thauberger’s passing… Such a great memory - taking a chartered bus from Prince Albert and learning all about this awesome Saskatchewan artist.

Had the best year end field trip to Saskatoon on this bus yesterday!! Great picnic lunch beside the river, then at the Mendel doing an art project and learning all about the artist David Thauberger, then time to check out McNally Robinson bookstore, then a couple hours self guided tour along broadway checking out galleries and boutique shops, supper at Ninos outside, then a bus trip home with Open Mike including great jokes, improv, singing, acting, stories and a game of charades. Thank you all so much for coming. It was an amazing day!! :)

Follow your heart... even if you think you can’t draw a stickman - learn to really draw through my signature method that I developed in 1995 when I quit teaching & decided to start an Art School!!

I have taught many students (adults and children!) this life-long soul nurturing skill of creating artwork: pencil drawing, charcoal, pastels, colored pencils, acrylic painting & watercolor.

Some students have developed their love of drawing and art into a hobby, while for others, it’s their launch into a secondary school and/or career. The beautiful thing is that the skills acquired are with them for life!

We are now taking registrations for year-long weekly classes that start in the fall.

Included are a Yearend Art Show & Field Trip at the end of May!
