Truth told my body loves the movement, it's my mind who is the loud doubtful voice. Anyone else experienced this too?

Today, I work up with my daily affirmation repeating in my head. Which is ironic because, I later wad talking to .s.modere about the science behind affirmations.

My affirmation since May has been: everyday in everyway, I feel better and better. It's simple. It's encouraging. It's powerful.

My favourite mindset hack to empower myself was learning about vibrations! When we feel stuck it is often because we are experiencing low emotional vibrations.

I found when I was able to help the energy flow better through my levels of self- body, emotions, mental and spiritual side, I started to experience pure joy! This is completely different than toxic positivity.

Why is this so powerful? Because I have been learning to accept and love all of me, unconditionally!

The more I heal and learn about my shadows the more I learn how society created much of my belief systems. For better or worst, here I am.

These languages are about not expressing what we really need or think. Rather it is pleasantries we use to help guide relationships rather than being in a conversation or relationship.

When I hear these wordings, I really want to ask a person, "what do you really need/mean?".

As we learn more about mutual respect, language, questions we can be respectful while disagreeing. But honestly, it comes to both parties willing to grow and accept there is multiple parts of truth πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

I am shifting towards 2.
It's hard, they make social media so addictive. Do you feel this??

This week, I have been starting a new routine.

1. Before getting out if bed I say the Ho'oponopono prayer
2. New mantra *missed this? Message me
3. Drink water.

Then after morning hugs and making coffee I spend 5 to 10 minutes

4. Journal 4 questions one of my friends

As someone who spent many years working with short term contracts (hello social work world) I know that adversity can hit at any time.

I can relate to this story so much.

Overtime I have built up different streams of income.

So when something like this happens we have diversity in our finances.
