Thanks to everyone who helped make Dance Well on zoom so enjoyable. With the arrival of spring, the winter session has ended and I look forward to the FALL 2022 session.

I hope you are all well and enjoying summer despite the heat!

You are probably wondering what's happening with DANCE WELL this fall (2021). I am posting this update now that I have heard back from The Refinery, the SASKATOON location of my classes before COVID.

I was hoping to start in-person classes again this fall at The Refinery but that dream will be delayed until January 2022.

I WILL BE RESUMING ON-LINE VIDEO CLASSES VIA ZOOM IN OCTOBER 2021.
Dates: Thursdays October 7 - December 9, 2021 (10 classes)
Time: 10:00 - 11:00 AM CST.
The classes will also be recorded and you will have access to the recordings for a limited time.
Fee: $30.00 for the 10 week session, this includes access to the recording for a limited time. Payable by e-tranfer or cheque mailed or dropped off to me.

No rush to register, I will be sending out reminders closer to the start date.

For those who like to plan ahead, here are the dates for the January - April 2022 session:

I will send you information on how to connect to Zoom. On Wednesdays you will receive an email from me with the link to connect to the class on Zoom.

What you will need:
We use chairs for balance or for alternative strength and stretch exercises. Have a chair and a water bottle nearby. Wear comfortable clothes and workout shoes or dance in bare feet.
If you are not familiar with Zoom, it is free for you to use as a participant. For Zoom, you will need a device with a camera such as a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You need some space to dance around in front of your device. You may shut your camera off if you would rather no one see you dancing like the free spirit you are! 🙂
