📣SARC Fall Conference Featured Speaker📣

This week, we’re excited to feature Amanda Dahl, at the SARC Fall Conference!

Amanda Dahl is the owner and operator of her consultancy, Boost Consulting and supports her clients to become more effective and efficient. She has 25 years of experience change management, project management, operational excellence, strategic planning, corporate development, and facilitation in multiple industries. Amanda is a PROSCI certified Change Practitioner and holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Lean Greenbelt, and Six Sigma Blackbelt training certificate. She is also a Board Member for the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the past co-chair and current mentor for the Women in Mining Women in Nuclear (WIMWiN) SK Mentorship Program. She presents her technical and ‘real-world’ knowledge in an authentic, tangible way to enhance understanding and engagement, and enjoys connecting with people in a meaningful way.

Amanda will be providing the session Leading Through Change: Practical Strategies for Everyday Leadership where we will explore practical strategies for leading employees through change with greater confidence and less resistance. Attendees will leave with practical templates, conversation tools, and resources they can immediately apply within their own teams.

Kelsey Sobiak is a speaker and advocate whose work focuses on the real‑world impact of systems, communication, and leadership on the people they serve. With both lived and professional experience in support services, she offers a rare dual perspective that brings clarity to how decisions shape human outcomes. Kelsey has contributed to national policy development and uses her systems‑level perspective to help organizations strengthen clarity, accountability, and consistency. We’re pleased to feature Amy Gibson (MLT Aikins) at the SARC Fall Conference!

Amy represents and provides guidance to provincially and federally regulated employers on a variety of labour and employment matters including union certification drives, collective bargaining, collective agreement interpretation, labour disputes, workplace policies, discipline and discharge, employment contracts, occupational health and safety, workers’ compensation, labour standards and human rights. She has experience with a variety of court and administrative proceedings as well as representing clients before the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board and in Canada Labour Code unjust dismissal adjudications. She also acts as chief negotiator in collective bargaining.

Beginning August 10, registration will open for people to register for the individual sessions in the Leap program, offering greater flexibility to participate! There are nine sessions for you to choose from, and we’re opening registration on a first come, first served basis – limited spots remain!

If you are a COMPASS eligible organization, you can register at no cost using your COMPASS code. The program runs in Saskatoon, Regina, as well as virtually.

Registration also remains open for the full Leap program.

SARC Learning Central’s Building a Strong Board: From Recruitment to Succession will provide an understanding of how to prepare for board director transitions while ensuring continuity and confidence during periods of change.
