When someone we support begins their end-of-life journey, grief is a present, evolving experience for everyone: the person, their loved ones, and the entire support team.
The "Navigating the Threshold: Grief and the End-of-Life Journey" webinar is designed for those who are or will be walking alongside people in the final chapter of their lives.
Moving beyond clinical care, we will explore how to nurture healthy grieving processes and cultivate nervous system resilience. Together, we will explore practical, compassionate strategies for supporting the grieving process – both for the people we serve and for ourselves as supporters.
⏰: Tuesday, June 23 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
