Chef Simon
Chef Simon is a British-classically French trained chef, cooking professionally since 1988 starting out as an apprentice learning the French classics as well as traditional and modern British food.
At the age of 21 he took charge of his first Kitchen as Head Chef and continued to move around the country running Restaurants and Boutique Hotels winning awards from the Good Food Guide and the AA restaurant guide, numerous reviews in newspapers and magazines such as the Independent, Telegraph and Observer.
Always working with great ingredients fresh fish and seafood caught and delivered from the Ocean which was never far away, farmed and wild game when in season, local meats fruits and vegetables the list goes on.
Chef Simon has trained in all areas of the kitchen which makes for a more versatile style but in recent years pastry and bread has become a rekindled passion.
