Congratulations to the outstanding Dr. Alison Knapp for being chosen as a recipient of the 2024 CSCI/CIHR resident research award for The U of S!! This prize is awarded annually for the ✨best resident research project✨ conducted at a RCPSC/CFPC training program at each canadian medical school! We would also like to highlight Noaah Reaume one of our awesome medical students who was chosen as the recipient of the CAS Award for Best Abstract in Obstetric Anesthesia for 2024, for her abstract “The incidence of spinal anesthesia failures during elective Caesarean sections; a comparison of two different suppliers”

Last night we said farewell to our R5s at a local Saskatoon brewery!! We wish them all the best as they move onto the next stage of their careers. We are excited to have a few new faces join staff come July, and will dearly miss those of you leaving.
