SANTA STORE IS COMING!!!!

December 16th & 17th the students will have a chance to browse the store for presents for their family. They will be wrapped so they are "under the tree ready" - Remember - the Store runs purely on donations.

WE WILL NOT HAVE A STORE IF WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH DONATED ITEMS

Hello North Park Wilson School Parents and Caregivers!

The School Community Council held our annual AGM was held September 23rd.

What you missed!
✋Voted in our 2025/2026 Chair and Vice Chair - Teresa Dyer & Kelly Switzer
📕 Principal Kara Helms gave us a school update on what has already happened and what to look forward to this year.

We had a great discussion regarding split classes and was able to squash some misunderstanding.

In case you don't know:
School Community Council (SCC) - Meets every second Month (Sept/Nov/Jan) - 6:30PM
Parent Council - Meets every other month (Oct/Dec/Feb) - 6:30PM

Huge thank you to everyone who donated items for our Holiday Tradition! If you’ve ever volunteered at Santa Store you know how much fun the kids have!

If you still have stuff- we will still take it until Wednesday morning.

If you, a grandparent, an older kid, an aunt/uncle… have a some time to spare tomorrow and/or Wednesday we’ll always accept extra hands! It doesn’t have to be all day - an hour or two is fine!

It’s going to be a fun two days!

Hey friends and family!!

SANTA STORE: we are in DESPERATE need of donations. Have a look around your house and clean out those closets!

Santa store runs on donations. If we don’t get enough - this tradition cannot continue. We are in danger of not having a successful store this year. Please spread the word.

You can drop off at the school Monday during the day or after hours. Volunteers will be setting up Monday night to about 630/7.

If you cannot drop off - let us know and someone can pick up from you Saturday / Sunday.

North Park Wilson Parent Council is looking for volunteers to help at the Santa Store! Any parent or grandparent who is able to volunteer, we are looking for help with the following:



Monday, December 18th (@ 5PM) – Setting up items at the Santa Store in the gym. This will involve organizing/displaying all of the donated items so that the store is ready for students to shop the next day.
Tuesday, December 19th and Wednesday, December 20th (8:50AM-3PM) – We are in need of volunteers to help gift wrap each present that students pick out. Classes will be visiting the store throughout the day. If you are able to lend a hand for part of either day, this will greatly help our holiday elves who are running the Santa Store. It promises to be a fun and festive event.


Please let us know if you are able to assist with either set-up or gift wrapping by sending an email to [email protected]. We greatly appreciate your support of this annual Parent Council tradition!
