Happy Friday! Thank you to our Admin, Mrs. Kobussen and Mr. Gaudet, for rolling the coffee and muffins cart to all our staff. We are hoping for a lucky roll up the rim as well!

Well… it’s official. My staff has taken over my office.
I walked in to find my office completely covered in their funniest pose photos — model stances and dramatic looks…. I could not stop laughing!
But in all seriousness, after all the laughter, they also filled my heart with gratitude. I am so thankful for a team that works hard, loves big, and clearly has a fantastic sense of humour.
Best. Surprise. Ever. ❤️

We are so fortunate to be part of such an incredible community! 💙
On behalf of our entire staff, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing CSCC and all of our families for the overwhelming generosity shown during Staff Appreciation Week. The delicious treats, thoughtful surprises, and kind gestures truly meant so much to every member of our team.
Your support, encouragement, and appreciation remind us why our school community is so special. Our staff felt valued, celebrated, and uplifted all week long — and that is because of you.

We were honored to welcome author Andrea Landry to our school community this week! During Storytelling Month, Andrea shared her beautiful children’s book Rez Kid with both our staff and students. Her storytelling brought smiles, curiosity, and meaningful conversations to classrooms across the school.
Andrea is Anishinaabe from Pays Plat First Nation in Northwestern Ontario and currently lives on Poundmaker Cree Nation here in Saskatchewan. Her connection to Indigenous culture and traditions shines through in her writing, and our students were truly engaged by her stories and the powerful message behind Rez Kid.
Thank you, Andrea, for sharing your time, your stories, and your inspiring work with us. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from you and celebrate Indigenous voices during this special month of storytelling! 🌟📖
