Kids are heading back to school in a month, and I believe in sending them back prepared.

The children and adolescents who struggle with focus and attention, or with reading and writing, or those who are anxious for the upcoming school year - there's a very high chance that they are struggling due to retained primary reflexes that are causing barriers in their autonomic nervous system.

I heard back from a mom this week who said that she can already tell that her 10-year-old seems a little more calm and focused in his behavior after just one session. She's looking forward to what they may see and feel after even just a handful more, and I'm looking forward to working with that delightful and energetic child who is full of imagination and potential!

Worked on an exceptionally happy and intelligent little guy today, who has hopes of gaining some control over his emotional outbursts and impulses (he and mom, both😉!!). Mom was able to see some immediate changes in how his body responded to movement and change in the short time he was on my treatment table, which is always exciting!

So many of our kiddo's are stuck in fight or flight, and just need a little help integrating into their developing nervous system.
