A little peek into our day 🤍🪿

We explored our bean sensory bin with construction trucks, practiced our coloring and fine motor skills, and spent lots of time playing together. Watching little friendships grow while they learn through play is one of my favorite parts of the day. 🤍🪿

✨🪿One of our favourite parts of the daycare is creating spaces that are cozy and exciting. A place where kids can feel proud of what they’ve done, and encourage independence.

Our cozy reading corner is perfect for the kiddos to sit and read a book. Whether it’s circle time, with a friend, or reading and looking at the photos by themselves, it’s a space that is inviting and feels calm. The kids love the circle mat that they can lay on while reading!😌🤍🕊️

🖼️🎨We also love our “Look What We Made” wall. The kids love seeing their artwork displayed for everyone to see. It builds confidence in kids, gives them a sense of pride and lets the families see all of the wonderful creativity that happens here everyday!!

I thought it was time for an introduction post. ⬇️

My name is Abby and I’m the owner of Little Goose Home Daycare, here in Sarnia.
I started my daycare because I’ve always loved working with kids and helping them learn and grow. I also wanted to be able to stay home with my daughter, while doing something I enjoy. I love getting to be creative, plan activities and watch the kids learn new skills everyday.

In my spare time I love dancing with my daughter to a Wiggles song and watching a good tv show with my Husband.

Welcome to Little Goose Home Daycare 🤍

A cozy, home-based childcare space in Sarnia (unlicensed)
Designed for little ones to learn, play, and feel right at home. I offer a small group setting for more one-on-one attention, a structured daily routine, and lots of outdoor time (weather permitting).

Snacks and lunch are provided, and I focus on a nurturing, hands-on environment where children can grow at their own pace.

We are an unlicensed home daycare. CPR & First Aid certified.

Here’s what we did today! ⬇️

In the morning we had free play, then followed it up with some crafts and learning our colours! After nap, we all read some books and played in the sensory bin. We finished our day with circle time, singing and dancing to get out some energy! 🪿✨💐
