Attention all Parents/Guardians

Just a reminder that the Back to School Survey MUST be completed for every student as to whether or not they will be returning to school in September or if the student will be participating in online learning (these are the only two options). This survey needs to be completed electronically ONLY. Phone calls or emails to the school cannot be processed and will not be considered as confirmation of a choice. The school office is currently closed. If you did not receive this survey please email [email protected] .

Deadline for these choices is August 28th. Decisions made after this date may result in a delay of entry to the school or online learning.
