Today, our school community came together to honour Residential School Survivors and recognize the lasting impact residential schools have had on generations of people.

Our students and staff participated in a school-wide walk, an honour song from Matt Isaac, and spent time with Constable Callendar.

Miigwech, Ms. M, for organizing these meaningful activities and helping our school community come together in remembrance, respect, and learning.

Drop Off & Pick Up Requests for families:

For Kinder families - Goodbyes at the Kindergarten Gate: You are welcome to walk past the main schoolyard gate up to the Kindergarten Gate. Please say your goodbyes there so your child can enter the yard on their own.

All Families-
Student Safety: Keeping adults outside the kindergarten gate lets our duty staff easily see, count, and track every student as they arrive.

Please arrange a meeting spot for grade 4 and up. For grade 3 and under, please meet at the area where the class is dismissed so we can make sure your child gets to you safely.

Please avoid coming to pick up at the front door where possible. We have students lining up for their bus there. It is very busy and we need to have that area free of people who do not know students (for their privacy).

Thank you for your partnership in keeping drop-offs and pick ups safe and organized.
