We have harvested most of our winter greens, there are a few chard growing on the wall system. The main system is full of baby lettuce, and we have over 1000 starts in the greenhouse.

Another busy morning in the kitchen. Homemade corn tortillas, lasagna noodles, and penne pasta, lasagna noodles, and penne pasta.

A couple of meals from the Cafeteria yesterday. Chicken and waffles with honey rosemary apples in a bacon collar. Falafels on pita, salsa, and house-grown radish sprouts.

We are still creating delicious and healthy meals. Yesterday's lunch: Sous vide and grilled striploin, oven-baked potato wedges, and param ham and asparagus bundles. BBQ chicken dumb sticks, root vegetable puree in potato crisp collars, and grilled zucchini.
