Aw.Mazing! Thank you EVERYONE! 👏👏👏

We hope that all of you who came out to the Hillcrest Spring Carnival had a wonderful time, last night! We are thankful & proud to say we raised $5,141.39 🎉 This wouldn’t have been possible without the enormous support of the community, 150+ volunteers, staff, and our PAC Executive - so thank you all! 

Raffle basket and prize names have been drawn, so please keep an eye on your emails for those announcements if you have won. The raffle baskets will need a parent/guardian for pick up due to their sheer size!

Hello Hillcrest Community,

As we near the end of another school year, the Hillcrest PAC is reaching out to invite parents and guardians to get involved and help support our school community for 2026/2027 school year.

The PAC plays an important role in bringing families together, supporting students and staff, and helping make Hillcrest a fun and connected place for everyone. For the upcoming school year, we are looking for volunteers to help fill several important PAC Executive and Coordinator positions, including:

* Secretary
* Vice President
* Hot Lunch Coordinator
* Fundraising Coordinator (Sport Court Committee Lead)

These roles are essential in helping PAC continue to support events, fundraising initiatives, and opportunities for Hillcrest students.

Why Join the PAC?

Being part of PAC is a great way to:

* Support and enhance your child’s school experience
* Help organize fun school-wide activities and initiatives
* Have a voice in school community discussions and decisions
* Meet other parents and build connections within the Hillcrest community
* Help shape exciting future projects — including fundraising efforts for the new sport court

No previous experience is required. Current PAC members are happy to support incoming volunteers and help transition people into their roles.

Interested in getting involved? We encourage anyone interested in a position to email us to nominate yourself for our September AGM.

New nominees must attend the AGM meeting to be voted into executive positions. Additional details regarding the September AGM will be shared with families as soon as a date can be finalized with the school Principal.
