Meet Kerstin⭐️
Kerstin is one of our amazing Certified Education Assistants and a valued member of the Canoe Kids team!
Originally from Victoria, BC, Kerstin is passionate about supporting children through both academics and play-based learning. Her caring nature, creativity, and dedication help create meaningful experiences for the children in our programs every day.
💚 What she loves about Canoe Kids:
“The environment feels like a second home, the teamwork is incredible, and the kids are amazing!”
🏔 Favourite season & place:
A winter lover through and through! Kerstin loves the mountains and spent many childhood winters skiing at Big White with her family.
🌎 Interesting fact:
She has worked up north in both Moosonee, Ontario and Inukjuak, Quebec.

If you can’t fix it, Kerstin usually can! 😛

🌿✨ Exciting News! Registration is NOW OPEN for our 2026 Canoe Cubs Preschool Program! ✨🌿
The adventure begins this September, and we can’t wait to welcome our newest little explorers! 🌈
Our Nature & Play Inspired Preschool is designed for 3 & 4-year-olds who are ready to learn, create, explore, and grow through hands-on experiences, outdoor adventures, meaningful friendships, and joyful play.
🍃 Program Details:
• Tuesdays & Thursdays
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Located at North Canoe Elementary School
• September 2026 Start
