What an incredible weekend at Ironman Mont-Tremblant! 🏊🚴🏃
Three amazing teams of volunteers made the event a success, with teachers, staff, parents, students, and SAA friends all coming together to lend a hand. The teamwork, energy, and smiles throughout the weekend truly showcased the strength of our community.
A huge thank you to our team captains, Mr. Rick and Mrs. Holmested, whose leadership and organization helped make the weekend run so smoothly.
A special shout-out to our four staff members who took on the challenge themselves: Mr. Jason, Mr. Heung, Mrs. Isabelle, and Mr. Jeff! We had the privilege of following them along their journey, cheering them on every step of the way and celebrating with them as they crossed the finish line.
Your determination and perseverance inspired us all.
SAA Pride was on full display this weekend! 💙💛 Congratulations to everyone involved and thank you for representing our school community so proudly.

This week I had the joy of leading a flower workshop with Miss Theresa’s incredible students at SAA 🌸 Our theme was sunset — peaches and pinks pulled straight from the long summer skies we’ve been watching, and a fitting symbol of this school year gently coming to a close. Together we built arrangements that became miniature portraits of our school, where every stem stood in for someone who makes it run. Eucalyptus formed our base, representing Madame Celestino — the structure and foundation from which everything else grows. Alstroemeria stood in for our teachers, full and colorful, filling out the bouquet. Lisianthus and carnations, soft yet endlessly resilient, represented our teaching assistants — the ones you can always count on. The roses took centre stage representing our students. Roses were the heart of our arrangements, just as our students are the heart of our school. And the astrantia — quiet, whimsical, easy to miss at first glance — represented all our behind-the-scenes heroes. The unseen ones who bring the je ne sais quoi that makes everything beautiful. We closed with two minutes of quiet reflection, eyes closed: first remembering a special moment from the year, then a person who left a mark on us. The students held that stillness with so much grace. These arrangements will now travel to our elementary graduation, our senior graduation, and prom — carrying with them all the love stitched into every petal. Our hope is simple: that everyone who sees them feels surrounded by the love that went into making them. Thank you to these talented, big-hearted students for pouring themselves into this. Today really was a fantastic day! Thank you to everyong who came out amd contributed! A special thank you to Nantel for organizing the donations, bouncy castles, ice cream truck, getting all the food, and cooking !!!
It was such a pleasure to work along side everyone and see all the kiddos, big and small, have such a good time!
