A little reminder from me today: you do not always need a big fix. Sometimes you just need a few small things that bring you back to yourself. 3 small things to shift - music, gratitude and reflection of accomplishments
These are my two songs for today:

I am grateful that one of my favourite pups, Sage, is staying with us for a while. A dog in the house just makes life better. Also grateful to plan an upcoming adventure! Oh and of course grateful for for the family we have been blessed with - so much love ❤️!
Scott and I were sitting on the front porch talking about some of our accomplishments. There were more than we first thought. Our younger selves would be so proud of how far we have come.
Today, try this:
Listen to two songs that shift your mood.
Write down three things you are grateful for.
Make a quick list of things you have done that you are proud of.
What is one thing your younger self would be proud of today?

Kidlin’s Law says: “If you can write the problem down clearly, then the matter is half solved.”
I have leaned on this one a lot over the past two years. Even for the small ‘problems’. Sharing in case it helps someone else .
When something feels big, messy, or impossible to sort out, I try to stop carrying it around in my head .
What is actually happening?
What is the real problem?
What do I need?
What can I do next?
Once I get specific, the path usually begins to show itself. The answer is not always easy, comfortable, or wrapped in a tidy little bow. Sometimes it means having the conversation, setting the boundary, making the call, changing the plan, or accepting something I would rather not accept.
But the problem is no longer a giant, shapeless cloud following me …. Or squatting a space in my head .
Clarity does not always make the problem simple. Yet it does make the next step easier to see.
Write it down. Be honest. Keep it clear.
Half solved is a pretty good place to begin.
When I learned this technique I tried it and found it helpful !

I am learning that I never have to explain why I need space, why I changed my mind, or why I am choosing peace.
I can be kind, loving, and still have boundaries.
How do these words feel to you?

Yesterday I was feeling wildly out of sorts, and honestly, some of that frustration landed at my husband’s feet. He was simply nearby while I was quietly ignoring my own needs.
This morning, meditation helped me shift my perspective.
I realized I was perfectly willing to spend the day riding around as a passenger, collecting Marketplace treasures, rather than simply saying, “I need to go home and spend time in my garden.”
That may sound small, even superficial, to someone else. But I cannot be alone in this. It is so common to lose touch with what we need that we do not even recognize it happening. Then the discomfort builds, and it becomes very easy to cast blame on the nearest person.
Our needs do not need to be dramatic or urgent to matter. Sometimes they are simple: quiet, rest, fresh air, space, a change of pace, or time doing something that brings us back to ourselves.
When I do not name what I need, frustration tends to speak for me. When I honour what I need, I am more grounded, loving, and available for everyone around me.
My wellbeing is not a “first world problem.” (Yes I felt it was yesterday) It is part of my responsibility. I have a voice, and I can use it with kindness before resentment starts writing the story for me.
We can read all the books and know all the things, but growth happens when we recognize the role we play in how we feel, speak our truth, and choose a small change in the direction of peace. ✌️ 🙂 . Feeling grounded, loving and peaceful- shift happens 😉 Can’t wait to see some of my favourite peoples today and tomorrow!!

“I choose, I breathe, I rise” felt like a quiet morning blessing that connected me to something bigger than my mind. Each line was a gentle devotion. I choose with grace what I’ll carry into the day. I breathe and let peace move through me like a holy tide. And I rise, softly guided, ready to meet whatever unfolds, with calm in my soul and a lightness in my step. Feels like such a gentle way to start the day . Shared with love CKNoble

Thank you to my heart peoples !
You don’t learn these things from advice. You learn them from living through the awkward and really awkward parts.
I wish I understood earlier that your body has a vote, anxiety has a way of lying, and “later” is just a thief with good branding. I wish I knew growth is slower than motivation, and relationships have seasons, not guarantees. Today feels like a good day to reflect - shared with love ❤️.
1) You can’t out-hustle your biology
You can’t negotiate with your sleep debt. I had slept dept for years ! You can binge productivity all you want, but your body still collects its payment. Motivation can’t fix exhaustion. It can only stretch the crash.
2) Your brain lies when it’s anxious
When you’re anxious, your brain starts narrating like it’s the main character. Everything feels urgent, personal, and permanent. Later, you realise you were not seeing the truth. You were feeling fear with confidence.
3) Learning is slower than motivation
Motivation is the fireworks. Learning is the slow simmer. You will not become skilled in the first burst of excitement. Most people quit during the boring part, then call it “not for them”. Still learning !
4) Relationships have seasons, not guarantees
Some people can love you and still not be able to stay. Some friendships don’t end because you did something wrong. They end because you grew, they grew, or life got too loud for both of you at the same time. Season reason or lifetime comes to mind .
5) “Later” is a thief with good branding
“Later” sounds harmless. It is not. It quietly turns your dreams into background noise. Waiting feels safe, but it also trains you to believe your wants can wait forever. Progress usually starts messy, awkward, and slightly embarrass start with what you know in this moment . - Christine Klaus’s Noble
As you watch the waves, let your breathing start to match their rhythm.
Inhale slowly as the wave comes in.
Exhale slowly as the wave rolls back out.
Feel your body soften on every exhale.
Feel your attention come home on every inhale.
If your mind wanders, no problem.
Just notice it, and come right back to the next wave.
Now breathe with the waves for a few more moments.
Keep it gentle.
Keep it easy.
When you are ready, let your hands relax.
Let your shoulders drop.
Take one last slow breath with the ocean, then stay present in whatever you are doing next.
