Hey ladies! I’ll be away for a couple of weeks while our regulars welcome you and keep everyone moving. We’re a friendly bunch. Bring the dog and kids, mom and sister, best friend or that neighbour you keep saying you’re going to walk with. Meeting spot is the parking area at the very back of the park. Trails are wide and paved.

Meet in the parking area at the very back of the park.

Hey ladies! Meet us at 7pm every Tuesday for a walk through our beautiful Pinafore Park. We walk for about an hour or as long as you wish. Typically a couple of loops around the perimeter of the park. We strive to be a welcoming and all inclusive group beginning and ending together. Walk at your own pace but never alone. Bring along a friend or meet some new ones. Kids, strollers, scooters, wagons, etc as well as dogs are all welcome.

Need some motivation to get out a few more times during the week? Join us Sunday morning at 10am. The rest of August will also meet at Pinafore Park.

Hey ladies! Did you know there are trails through the forest just at the edge or town? Come check out Dan Patterson with us this weekend. The forecast is calling for rain and possibly storms. We’re a rain or shine kind of crowd. Use your best judgement for yourself. If it is storming we’ll see you next week.

We walk Pinafore Park every Tuesday at 7pm and Sunday at throughout the local parks and trails.

Hey ladies! Join us every Tuesday for walk around Pinafore Park. 7pm. It’s been perfect summer weather lately. Come out and enjoy it. Meet us in the parking area at the very back of the park near the Lions pavilion. No commitment. Just show up when it works for you.

Fingal take 2! This Sunday is looking nice and sunny!😎
Join us for some time away from the concrete sidewalks on wide groomed grass trails. Walk is an about an hour. Kids and dogs are welcome. Meet us in the parking area.

There is construction in Fingal. Check your route for detours.

Hey ladies. Tuesday is looking much drier so come out and say hi!

Meet us in the parking area at the very back of the park. We’re a social group, free, no commitment needed. Just show up when it works for you. Kids and dogs are always welcome.

Walk at your own pace but never alone. We often have a slower group and faster group with the goal of everyone starting and finishing together.

Next Sunday is too far away for some more girl time. Check out CountryFly Wednesday’s at 7pm for some free line dancing.

Hey ladies! Fingal by request. A favourite of the humans and the dogs. Walk is about an hour on wide, groomed grassy trails. Free, no commitment, just meet us in the parking area. There is some construction in and around Fingal so check your route for detours.

Hey Ladies!!

Just a little note I want to add for tomorrow. I would love to see it happening at all of our walls more than it has been (I feel like we've mostly fell off course) but definitely for this one - Please try to stay as a group! It's easy to go off course and get lost in Springwater and also it takes away from the idea of a ladies 'group' walk. If we want to discuss making two separate groups for two different speeds we can talk about that before we start. But all in all this is supposed to be a social, welcoming for new people and group activity. I would really like to see us circle back to the 'no one left behind' motto that we started with October 2024!

Hey ladies! Sunday looks like a beautiful day. Join us for a hike through the Springwater woods.

Meet and park at the Jaffa Environmental Education Centre 48346 John Wise Line Aylmer. 10am

This hike is free, dog friendly and about an hour and a half start to finish.
